MultiDisplay Loses Focus

I have a multidisplay system with three scene graph objects and a control panel.

One scene graph is full sized (background).

The other two scene graphs are quarter sized, foreground, and resizeable. If I resize one of the smaller scene graph windows, the wheel mose for zooming fails to zoom in/out for any of the windows displayed in the scene graph. I have to click a window to regain the functionality. Not a show stopper. Just an inconvenience.
